Analysis of perioperative clinical nursing effect of lung cancer radical surgery under thoracoscopy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing for patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery under thoracoscopy. Methods A total of 92 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 for radical surgery of lung cancer were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into 47 cases in the observation group and 45 cases in the control group by digital lottery.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received perioperative nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After different nursing intervention, the nursing effect score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). After intervention, SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The thoracoscope downward perioperative nursing in patients with lung cancer radical can obviously improve the effect of clinical nursing, eliminate patients with bad mood, reduce the incidence of complications, and can improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing care.It is worthy of extensive clinical practice.
