Study on the application effect of the targeted nursing in the perioperative period of department of hepatobiliary surgery

Objective To study the application effect of the targeted nursing in the perioperative period of department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing intervention during perioperative period, while the observation group were given the targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The improvement of negative mood of the two groups before and after nursing was compared, and the prognosis and postoperative incidence of complications and satisfaction for nursing of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01). The hospitalization time, postoperative exhaust time, eating time and ambulation time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). The satisfaction for nursing of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively improve the psychological health of patients in department of hepatobiliary surgery, speed up the postoperative rehabilitation, and can reduce postoperative complications, promote the patients' satisfaction, it is worth clinical promotion.
