Abstract
To analyze the complications and recovery effect after the operation based on the perioperative nursing refinednursing intervention plan based on clinical nursing pathway for patients with coronary heart disease and lungcancer. Clinical nursing pathway-based elaborate nursing intervention plan for perioperative nursing effectanalysis of patients with coronary heart disease and lung cancer. Sixty-eight patients with coronary heart diseaseand lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 208 to August 2019 were taken as the research objects, andthe patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order ofadmission, with 34 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing programs, while patients in the experimental group were given refined nursing interventions based on clinical nursingpathways to compare the perioperative nursing effect between the two groups. The postoperative complicationsof patients before and after intervention were evaluated and the results of inter-group examination werecompared. The incidence of postoperative constipation, infection, and pneumonia in the experimental groupwere 2.94%, 5.88%, and 2.94%, which were significantly better than those in the control group (8.82%, 23.53%,and 17.65%). The postoperative infection and pneumonia rates were compared between groups. The differencein data was statistically significant P <0.05. The total incidence of postoperative cardiovascular complications inthe experimental group was 8.82%, which was significantly better than 50.00% in the control group. Thedifference in comparison data between the groups was statistically significant P <0.05. The nursing satisfactionof the patients in the experimental group was 88.24%, which was significantly better than that of the patients inthe control group (67.65%). The indicators after operation were improved well and the life quality level, anxietydegree and compliance were improved. The difference in the comparison data between the groups wasstatistically significant P <0.05. The refined nursing intervention program based on the clinical nursing pathwayis of great value in the perioperative care of patients with coronary heart disease and lung cancer. It caneffectively reduce the occurrence of complications, improve patient care satisfaction and effectively enhance thelife quality. It is worthy of promotion and use.
