How to perfect the incentive mechanism of scientific research in hospitals

It is of a great significance to arouse the research enthusiasm of medical staff for ensuring sustainable hospital development in the heat of medical market competition by establishing reasonable and effective incentive mechanisms of scientific research for achieving a great of research development and progress.This paper discussed how to build and perfect stimulant mechanisms of scientific research in hospitals from four aspects nanlely,to establish an incentive mechanism of idea internalization for intensify hospital staff's sense of responsibility:to build an encouragement mechanism of substance and spirit for meeting the researcbers'material and spiritual needs:to reinforoe objective management and assessment and jntroduce competitive motivation mechanism:to set up coordination excitation mechanism for enhancing the cooperation and exchange.Meanwhile,some problems which should be paid attention to in the course of constructing incentive mechanisms were put forward to in this paper.
