Diagnostic Significance of Cardiac Color Doppler Ultrasound in Patients with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Left Heart Failure

Abstract

Objective To explore the heart of color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of left heart failure patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods From September 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital 45 cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure patients as study group, and select the same period 45 cases of healthy and free of cardiovascular disease patients in China Institute of health as a group, echocardiography of two groups of patients, compare the LVEF, LVEDd, LVESd, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and LVM, LVFS and other indicators, and different cardiac function classification in patients with LVEF, LVEDd and L AD index. Results Health groups were LVEF, LVEDd, LVESd, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and LVM, LVFS and other indicators were significantly better than the study group (P<0.05), and with the increase of the LVEDd classification of cardiac function, LAD index increased significantly (P<0.05), while the LVEF index is obvious decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion The heart color Doppler ultrasound detection based on left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension patients with left heart failure, to observe the cardiac structure and ejection level, and according to the index of diagnosis, early detection of the disease, early treatment.It is significant and worthy of promotion.
