Abstract

Objective: To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasound for chronic heart failure patients in the Left ventricular function.Method: Chronic heart failure patients in stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ(50 patients for each group) and 50 normal pepole were slected. The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF%),E/A and fractional shortening(FS%) were detected by routine echocardiography.Result: The heart failure and cardiac structural changes were closely related; The left ventricular function parameters E/A was significantly lower than the normal group(P0.05),It showed that the changes of left ventricular function of patients with chronic heart failure. Conclusion: Echocardiographic had a high value in the evaluation of cardiac structure and function of patients with chronic heart failure, and the practical application could be positive.
