The effect of respiratory nursing intervention on postoperative respiratory function and life quality of lung cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of respiratory nursing intervention on the lung cancer patients.Methods Ninety lung cancer patients with operation therapy were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was used conventional care,the observation group was given preoperative respiratory nursing intervention based on the control group.Postoperative respiratory function,complications,hospitalization time and life quality were compared between two groups.Results The scores of cough,pulmonary rales,expectoration difficulty in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Complications,hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly less than those in the control group,the life quality score was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Respiratory nursing intervention can improve lung cancer patients with postoperative respiratory function,reduce the complications,and improve the life quality.
