Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods for lung cancer patients with postoperative acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods 72 lung cancer patients with postoperative ARDS were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was conducted with conventional nursing, while the observation group was conducted with high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, 27 patients recovered and discharged successfully, 9 patients died within 1 to 3 weeks after surgery, and the survival rate was 75.0%; in the control group, 19 patients recovered and discharged successfully,17 patients died within 1 to 3 weeks after surgery, and the survival rate was 52.8%. The survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P 0. 05). Conclusion Implementation of targeted and effective treatment and high-quality nursing for lung cancer patients with ARDS, close observation on condition of disease and patients′physical and mental states as well as reinforced respiratory tract management can effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms and increase the patients′survival rate, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
