Abstract
Objective To study the significance of Cys-C combined with β2-MG in the early diagnosis of hypertensive nephropathy. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive nephropathy who were hospitalized in the Second People’s Hospital of Changzhi from March 2012 to March 2017 were randomly selected as study group. Another 80 healthy adults were selected as control group. Levels of serum cystatin (Cys-C) and β2-microglobulinthe (β2-MG) of study group were detected by immune serum turbidity. Blood pressure and heart rate (HR) before and after treatment were compared, and positive rates were compared among patients with different degrees of hypertensive nephropathy in study group. Levels of inflammatory factors and scores of quality of life were compared between study group and control group, before and after treatment. Results Positive rates of Cys-C and β2-MG were significantly higher than that of urea and creatinine (Cr) in patients with different degrees of disease in study group (P 0.05). Bofore treatment, the levels of Cys-C, β2-MG, UREA and Cr in study group were significantly highter than those in control group (P 0.05). Conclusions Cys-C combined with β2-MG has better effect in the early diagnosis of hypertensive nephropathy. It can effectively identify the severity of hypertensive nephropathy and provide strong evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment. So it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice. Key words: Cystatin; β2-microglobulinthe; Hypertensive nephropathy; Urea; Creatinine
