Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of serum Cystatin C combined with β2-MG in early diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy. Methods: Based on MAlb / Cr,73 diabetic patients were divided into: diabetes without nephropathy group,early diabetic nephropathy group,diabetic nephropathy group and control group. Comparing changes and positive rate in the serum Cys C,β2-MG,Urea,CR of each group,analyzing correlation among serum Cys C,β2-MG and MAlb / Cr. Results:Cys C and β2-MG in early diabetic nephropathy group were higher than diabetic nephropathy group,differences were statistically significance( P ﹤ 0. 05,P 0. 01); Serum Cys C and β2-MG positive rates were significantly higher than Urea and Scr positive rates in early diabetic nephropathy group( P 0. 05); Serum Cys C,β2-MG and MAlb / Cr was positively correlated( r = 0. 951,0. 804,P 0.05),β2-MG and MAlb / Cr was positively correlated( r = 0. 741,P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion: Serum Cys C combined with β2-MG can serve as effective way for early diabetic nephropathy diagnosis.
