Clinical features and treatment of 21 patients with sarcoidosis

Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of patients with sarcoidosis,in order to strengthen the awareness of sarcoidosis.Methods The clinical data,auxiliary test results and treatment process of 21 patients with sarcoidosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twelve patient were cured,7 patients were improved,and 2 patients were invalid,the effective rate was 90.5％.Conclusions The clinical features of sarcoidosis is varied and atypical,patients with hilar and mediastinal lymph node swelling need pathological biopsy to be diagnosed.Individualized treatment should be applied due to the variety of clinical features.
