Effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in treatment of coronary heart disease and its effects on the quality of life

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effects on the quality of life.Methods According to the number table methods,90 cases with blood stasis coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine,while the study group was given Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction on basis of the control group for 3 months,used the questionnaire of health status （ SF-36） and Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） to evaluate the quality of life.Clinical curative effect,SF-36 score and SAQ score of two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the study group was 84.4%,which was significantly higher than 71.1%of the control group （χ^2 =10.982,P=0.029）;The distribution of SF-36 score,SAQ score of the study group after treatment were （73.2 ±1.1）points,（69.3 ±0.4）points,which were significantly higher than those of before treatment （t=10.192,11.028,P=0.032,0.023）;It was statistically significant difference when compared with the control group（t=11.092,11.053,P=0.022,0.019）.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction has a good clinical curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
