Observation of coronary heart disease patients with angina treated by Yiqi Huayu capsule

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu capsule on coronary heart disease patients with angina and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.Methods 200 coronary heart disease patients with angina were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were treated by oral medication of Aspirin and vascardin.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Yiqi Huayu capsule and routine western medicine.The changes of ECG,clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were observed four weeks after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(83%) was higher than that in control group(60%,P0.05).The improvement of ECG and clinical symptoms in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in treatment group was decreased in comparison with that in control group after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huayu capsule has definite effect on coronary heart disease patients with angina.
