Investigation on community health service utilizing in discharged patients after operation

Objective To investigate the status of community health service utilizing in discharged patients after operation and provide basis for building community health service network.Methods Using cluster stratified sampling,to follow up 328 patients underwent surgery in Top three hospitals by telephone 1 week after discharge and investigate the status of communitv health service utilizing.Results 43.6%patients didn't ask the community health service institutions for help.The main reasons were distrust of community health service(39.0%),lack of knowledge about the community health service(29.3%),lack of required services(9.8%).People who got higher educational level,had the experiences of community health service utilization,were would to build the community health service network were more likely to utilize the community health service(P<0.05).Conclusions The utilization ratio of community health is lower,it is significant and important to develop community health service and enrich it in forms and content for patients'rehabilitation and health.
