Abstract
Objective: To investigate surgical patients' utilization and related factors of community health services post discharge,to provide a basis for building a health service network.Methods: Using cluster stratified sampling,328 adult patients undergoing surgery procedures were selected from a general hospital.A telephone interview was conducted at 1 weeks post discharge.Results: There are 22.3% patients asked for help from the community health services.Experience of past utilization of community health services had positive influence on utilization.The people,who have higher educational level or are willing to build the community health service network,are more likely to utilize the community health service(P0.05).Conclusion: The utilization rate of community health services in post-discharged surgical patients is low.
