New head nurses training and analyzing the effect

Objective To train the new head nurses to possess the ability of scientific manage-ment. Methods According to the requirement of new head nurses' station and the current reform to head nurse's request, formulate training plans to new head nurse, train management theory knowledge and the methods system-atically, and practise clinical nursing management. Results In the recent 4 years, through training, head nurses' management consciousness was renewed, the management methods and the skills had grasped, the comprehensive quality was improved. Conclusions Carrying out effective and standard training is an effective method to improves the superintendent quality and the ability. Key words: Head nurses; Training; Nursing management
