Four blood coagulation indexes analysis in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Abstract
objective To analysis of PT,APTT,TT and FIB indexes and to explore the changes of hemagglutination indexes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods Analysis on PT,APTT,TT and FIB Indexes of 48 cases of patients.30 cases of pregnant women and 30 cases of healthy controls.Results Four indexes of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were higher than that of normal controls(P＜0.05).APTT and FIB indexes of patients were significantly higher than that of the group of pregnant women(P＜0.01).PT and TT indexes of patients were higher than that of the group of pregnant women(P＜0.05).Conclusions The blood coagulation in late pregnancy and patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome both increased,patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome increased significantly.To find out the four indexes in the pregnant women's blood-solidifying function is significant for pregnant woman.
