Abstract
Objective:To learn the changes of blood coagulation indexes of the full-term pregnant women and its clinical significance. Methods:200 cases of full-term pregnant women(pregnancy group) and 200 cases of non-pregnant women(nonpregnancy group) were detected with Sysmex CA-1500 in prothrombin time(PT) ,international normalized ratio(INR) ,fibrinogen(Fib) ,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and thrombin time(TT) for analysis and comparison. Results:The PT、INR、APTT of pregnancy group were shorter than those of non-pregnancy group, the Fib of pregnancy group was patency higher than that of non-pregnancy group(P0.05) . There was no significant difference between two groups in TT(P0.05) . Conclusion:Antenatal examination of coagulation function has high value in prevention and treatment of pregnancy.
