Clinical significance of coagulation indexes in hypertensive disoders complication pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of plasma levels of PT、APTT、fibrinogen in pregnancy complicating with hypertension and its clinical significance.Methods Blood platelet counting(PLT)、PT、APTT and fibrinogen(FIB)level were measured in the non-pregnancy women,normal pregnant women and pregnancy women with hypertension.Results PLT、PT、APTT were significantly shorter and FIB was higher in pregnancy complicating with hypertension than in later terms pregnancy women and non-pregnancy women(P0.05);PLT、PT、APTT were significantly short in later terms pregnancy women than non-pregnancy,There were no obvious differences(P0.05);FIB was higher in later terms pregnancy women than non-pregnancy women(P0.05).Conclusion Detecting blood clotting index of pregnancy women possesses for diagnosis,prevention and cure of pregnancy complication with hypertension.
