Abstract

Objective To investigate the improving effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the limb function of patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome and improve the quality of life. Methods Totaled of 100 patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients each group; both groups were given with rehabilitation and routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention additionally, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The differences in VAS score and FMA score when entering the groups between the patients of the two groups were statistically insignificant (P > 0.05) ; after nursing, the VAS score and FMA score were improved in the patients of both groups (P < 0.05),but those of the patients of the observation group were improved more significantly (P < 0.05).The fineness percentages of the clinical therapeutic effects of the observation group was 90.00%,it was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively promote the limb function recovery in patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome, ease pain in the shoulder and hands, eliminate swelling, and elevate the clinical recovery rate and the life quality of the patients. Key words: Nursing intervention;  Rehabilitation treatment ;  Stroke ;  Shoulder-hand syndrome
