Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 68 stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group,34 patients in each. The patients in control group were given stroke routine nursing, while the patients in the rehabilitation group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the routine nursing. The shoulder-hand pain and upper extremity function before and after intervention were compared. Results After nursing intervention for 1 week,2weeks,visual analog scale(VAS) score in rehabilitation group were lower than that of control group,Fugl-Meyer score were higher than that of control group. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of upper limb function and reduce the pain of stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome.
