Abstract

Objective To investigate the improving effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the limb function of patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome and the quality of life. Methods Selected the hospital in October 2012-October 2014 were treated 106 cases of stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. Results Former nursing observation group and the control group VAS and FMA score significantly( P 0. 05); after treatment, observation group and control group VAS and FMA scores were significantly improved( P 0. 05),improve and observation group results more significant( P 0. 05). The Satisfaction for nursing of observation group and the control group are respectively 86. 80%( 46 /53) 、62. 27%( 33 /53)( P 0. 05). Conclusions After using the early rehabilitation nursing intervention to treat stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome, the effect is significant, can improve the patient 's limb function, improve hand shoulder pain, relieve swelling and significantly improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of promotion and application.
