Comparative study on clinical efficacy of different proton pump inhibitors combined with Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of different proton pump inhibitors combined with Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 202 cases of reflux esophagitis in our hospital were randomly divided into Omeprazole group and Rabeprazole group.Omeprazole group received Omeprazole combined with Mosapride treatment,while Rabeprazole group received Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride treatment.The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in Rabeprazole group was 97.0％,significantly higher than 86.1％ in Omeprazole group (P ＜ 0.05).No serious adverse reaction occurred in two groups.Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is effective,without serious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical wide application.
