Clinical analysis of Mosapride combined with Rabeprazole for gastroesophageal reflex disease

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mosapride combined with Rabeprazole for gastriesophageal reflex disease.Methods 67 patients(treatmeng group) were given Mosapride and Rabeprazole,the control group were given Mosapride and omeprazole,compared its clinical efficacy.Results There was significant different of total efficacy between the treat group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion Mosapride and Rabeprazole combination for the treatment of gastriesophageal reflex disease exhibits satisfying curative effect,it should be the first choice of treatment.
