Clinical Efficacy of Esomeprazole Combined with Mosapride in Treating Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of esomeprazole combined with mosapride in treating reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 100 patients with RE were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases).The treatment group was given esomeprazole and mosapride;the controlgroup was treated with omeprazole and mosapride.The clinical eficacy,healing of mucosa under endoscopy and adverse effect in two groups were compared after 8 weeks treatment.Results In treatment group,the clinical efficacy,healing of mucosa under endoscopy were much better(both P0.05),and the adverse effect were less.Conclusion The superiority of treatment group in treating RE is obviously.
