Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinicalefficacyofomeprazole combined mosapride for reflux esophagitis and explore the effective therapy for reflux esophagitis.METHODS:A total of 112 reflux esophagitis cases were equally randomized to either trial group receiving omeprazole plus mosapride or control group. After treatment of 4 weeks, theclinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were recorded.RESULTS:There were statistical significant differences in total effective rate between the two groups after 4-week treatment(P0.05),but the differences in side effects were nonsignificant(P0.05)and the adverse drug reactions were transient.CONCLUSION:Treatment of reflux esophagitiswithomeprazole plus mosapride results in improved clinical efficacy.
