Effect Analysis of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage among the High Risk Maternal

Objective To analysis the effect of carboprost rromethamine injection in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage among the high risk maternal.Methods 104 maternal with the high risk of postpartum hemorrhage were divided into objective group and control group.The control group was used oxytocin injection and the objective group was added carboprost rromethamine injection.The difference of incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of postpartum bleeding,the hematology related indicators and the monitoring indicators before and after the drug uesed between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of the objective group was lower than the control group.The amount of postpartum bleeding and the hematology related indicators were less than the control group.There was not significantly different in the the monitoring indicators before and after the drug uesed between the two groups.Conclusions It would get a satisfactory effect to add the carboprost rromethamine injection in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage among the high risk maternal.
