Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis nursing analysis

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods A total of 100 cases of bacterial vaginosis diagnosed and treated by the department of gynaecology in this hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. Patients were divided into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing group according to different nursing methods implemented during the treatment period, with 50 cases in each group. Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were carried out respectively to compare the clinical effect, adverse reactions, psychological state, health knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the conventional care group was 84%, while that in the comprehensive care group was 96%. The comprehensive care group was higher than the conventional care group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 14% in the conventional care group and 4% in the comprehensive care group. The comprehensive care group was lower than the conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the comprehensive care group were lower than those in the conventional care group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The awareness rate of health education was 66% in the conventional care group and 84% in the comprehensive care group. The comprehensive care group was higher than the conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the conventional care group was 86%, and that of the comprehensive care group was 98%. The comprehensive care group was higher than the conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis nursing effect is ideal, is conducive to improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the rate of adverse reactions, improve the patients' bad psychological state, improve the health education awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of patients at the time of discharge, it is suggested to vigorously promote the clinical nursing work.
