The effect of high quality nursing for nursing ward management of gynecologic tumors

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing for nursing ward management of gynecologic tumors. Methods 87 cases of gynecological cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group( 47 cases) and the control group( 40 cases). The control group received routine nursing care,and the intervention group with high quality nursing method. Mental state changes,the satisfaction of nursing quality and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results The SDS,SAS,SCL-90 score of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). satisfaction rate of quality of nursing was better than that of the control group( 97. 9% vs. 70. 0%) with a significant difference between the two groups( 2= 28. 885,P 0. 05). The intervention group complication rate was 4. 26%,much lower than 17. 5% of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( 2= 9. 039,P 0. 05). Conclusion The quality of nursing in the gynecology oncology nursing ward management can improve the patient's psychological state,enhance the relationship between nurses and patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and plays a positive role in the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of promoting.
