Application of comprehensive nursing intervention on perineum care of aged diarrhea and gatism patients

Abstract
Objective
To expolre the application of comprehensive nursing intervention on perineum care of aged diarrhea and gatism patients.
Methods
A total of 180 aged diarrhea patients received from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected in this hospital. They were divided into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing intervention group (90 cases each) according to the clinic time.The complication occurrence, nursing satisfaction, life quality and incontinence related dermatitis risk assessment scales of patients in both groups were compared.
Results
Compared with conventional nursing group, the complication occurrence of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the conventional nursing group, the nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with conventional nursing group, body pain, physiological function, mental health and social function scores of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with conventional nursing group, the stimulant type, simulation time, perineum skin situation and influencing factor score of the comprehensive nursing intervention group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusions
The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to the perineum care of aged diarrhea and gatism patients can reduce the occurrence of complication, improve the nursing satisfaction and improve the life quality of patients.
