Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect on phacolytic glaucoma with combined treatment. Methods Twenty-seven cases(27eyes)with phacolytic glaucoma were treated with lowing inWaocular pressure(IOP)preoperative, lens extraction, intraocular lens implantation, and anti-inflammatory therapy preoperative and postoperative. Results During the follow up of 1-6months,the intraocular pressure(IOP)were controlled at 9-19mmHg in 24 intraocular lens implantation eyes;visual recovery:the visual acuities were from 0.07 to 0.5,among them,<0.1 in lcases,0.12-0.3 in 18 cases,>0.3 in 5 cases. Conclusions Phacolytic glaucoma could achieve better result by regular treatment and intraocular lens implantation. Key words: Phacolytic glaucoma; Combined therapy; Intraocular lens
