Abstract
Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a chronic inflammatory disease which involvding a variety of inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators, but the specific pathogenesis is not yet clear.Recent studies have found that Th17 cells and their cytokine IL-17 involved in the genesis and development of asthma, and play an important role in the process.Th17 cells is a novel class of CD4 + T cells,IL-17 is the main cytokines. In this review,we mainly investigate the role of Th17/IL-17 in the pathogenesis of asthma. Key words: Bronchial asthma; Th17 ; Interleukin-17
