Community comprehensive nursing intervention for coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension

Abstract
Objective
To observe and evaluate the effect of community comprehensive nursing intervention for non-hospital coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension (CHDEH).
Methods
A total of 138 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension (CHDEH) were collected from Community Health Service Center of Houjie Town and Houjie Hospital from August, 2017 to January, 2019, and were divided into a control group and an observation group, 69 cases for each group. The control group were given conventional treatment and routine basic nursing; the observation group were treated with community comprehensive intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing intervention effects were compared between the two groups.
Results
The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (98.55% vs. 72.46%; χ2=18.946, P 0.05); after the treatment, the DBP and the SBP were lower than those before the treatment in the observation group and the control group (t=20.174 and 14.591; t=31.094 and 20.186; all P<0.05), and were lower in the observation group than in the control group (t=6.753 and 11.462; both P<0.05). The observation group command the relevant control knowledge better than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Community comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the self-care management level of patients with CHDEH, and effectively improve their blood pressure and compliance, so it is worthy of promotion in community.
