Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention for patient with hypertensive in community

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patient with hypertensive in community.Methods 140 cases patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 70 cases.On the base of drug symptomatic treatment,control group treated with conventional home care,observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Compared blood pressure before and after treatment and treatment compliance,awareness and satisfaction of two groups.Results The blood presure of two group was lower than that before intervention;And after intervention,the blood pressure in observation group was lower than that in control group,there was significant difference(P 0.05).Treatment compliance,awareness and satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion To carry out the integrated care intervention can improve the condition of hypertensive patient,improve clinical effect,is worthy of clinical application.
