Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of community comprehensive intervention on coronary heart disease. Methods: From January 2009 to January 2010,120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was given intervention on health education, while the observation group was given community comprehensive intervention in basic of the control group. The biochemical index and compliance behavior were used to compare the effect of two methods. Results: The level of biochemical index and compliance behavior of the observation group were better than the control group, which had significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion: The community comprehensive intervention can improve the compliance behavior and biochemical index, which can improve the life quality of the coronary heart disease patients.
