Community comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension

Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of community comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with non-hospital coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods 86 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were enrolled in our center from January, 2018 to February, 2019. The randomized controlled trial (RCT) was used to divided them into a control group and an observation group, 43 for each group. The control group was given routine treatment and basic nursing care. The observation group underwent community-based comprehensive intervention on the basis of the control group. The effects of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (97.67% vs. 81.40%, χ2=6.408 3, P=0.000 0). The DBP of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower after than before the nursing (t=21.284 7 and 14.602 4, both P<0.05); and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t=6.814 6, P<0.05) . The SBP of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower after than before the nursing intervention (t=31.104 6 and 19.076 5, both P<0.05) ; and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t=12.572 8, P<0.05) . The relevant knowledge of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion Community comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the self-care management level of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension and effectively improve their blood pressure and compliance.
