Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with acute and severe organophosphorus poisoning. Methods Sixty-eight critically ill patients for organophosphorus poisoning hospitalized in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 34 case in each group. Patients in control group were treated by conventional treatment, and patients in observation group were treated by hemoperfusion on the basis of conventional treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, and the improvement of serum inflammatory factors, such as interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and C-reactive protein (CRP) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.06% (33/34) in observation group, higher than 85.29% (29/34) in control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1, TNF-α and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Hemoperfusion can achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of critically ill patients for organophosphate poisoning. It is helpful to improve the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve the emergency treatment effects. Key words: Severe organophosphorus poisoning; Hemoperfusion; Emergency treatment; Cholinesterase; Effect
