Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of early hemoperfusion on patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods92 patients with AOPP were randomly divided into treatment group(46 cases) and control group(46 cases). All patients were given conventional medical treatment. The treatment group was additionally given early hemoperfusion. The total atropine dosage of all the patients, the time when the cholinesterase became normal,C-reaction protein, the intermediate syndrome incidence, the mortality, and the serologic density change of IL-1,TNF-α and c-reaction protein were observed.ResultsThe atropine dosage, the time of the cholinesterase to normal, incidence of intermediate syndrome and lower mortality of treatment group were better than that of control group(P0.05 or P0.01).IL-1,TNF-α and c-reaction protein of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P0.05).ConclusionEarly hemoperfusion treatment can rapidly eliminate the organophosphorous insecticides and the inflammatory factors, decrease the injury of the organs, and raise the survival rate.
