Abstract

Objective To find out the status of the human resource of health professionals in one district of Beijing, and suggest for the health administration department to deploy of health human resource. Methods Collected human resource status data of 2008 year health professionals in one district of Beijing by cluster sampling survey, analyzed the characters of the institute type,employment relationship,professional categories, age, education, titles. Results Social capital held by the medical establishment and public medical institution in compiling the personnel outside account for high proportion of total, the quality of human resource in county-township-village three-level net of heath care declined gradually with the level. The quality of human resource was poor in township and village level. Conclusions It was ought to take effective measure to change the structure of human resource, focused on solving the insufficient number of personnel in township-village level; set up the continual rural medical education system to improve the quality of the health human resource.
