The application of cluster nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary infection after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the application value of cluster nursing intervention model in patients with pulmonary infection after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods From March 2015 to January 2016, 82 patients with postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection who were hospitalized in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the study group were given cluster nursing intervention mode on the basis of the nursing of patients in the control group.The duration of lung infection, duration of tracheal intubation, duration of EICU stay and mortality, therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of pulmonary rales, duration of pulmonary infection, duration of tracheal indwelling, duration of ICU stay and mortality in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The cluster nursing intervention mode can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection, shorten the recovery time, improve the treatment effect, reduce the death rate of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which has a high clinical application value.
