Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of preventive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Totally 92 patients with postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our department from March 2007 to September 2010 were reviewed and randomly divided into control group(n=46) and study group(n=46).The patients in control group were given routine nursing while those in study group were given preventive nursing. The clinical data of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe mortality rate, good prognosis rate and disability rate were 28.26%,34.78% and 32.61% in control group while those were 23.91%,56.52% and 21.74% in study group. These were significant differences in good prognosis rate and disability rate between the two groups(P0.05),however,there was no significant difference in mortality rate between the two groups(P0.05).These was no significant difference in activity of daily life(ADL) score between the two groups preoperatively(P0.05),but significant differences in ADL score were observed at 2 weeks and 12 weeks after nursing intervention(P0.05).Statistical differences were existed in incidences of re-bleeding,pulmonary infection and peptic ulcer(P0.05).Conclusion The preventive nursing can improve the prognosis, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the daily life ability of patients with postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
