Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients after implement of programmed nursing. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 166 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were collected from July 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital, according to the doctor's time they were divided into control group and research group(n=83),they were given the conventional foundation nursing, plus programmed nursing on a regular basis, the care results of two groups were compared with statistical methods. Results(1) The total effective rate of the research group was 84.34%,the control group was 63.86%,there was significant difference(P0.05).(2)The overall mortality and complication incidence of the research group were significantly lower than those of control group, the hospital stay time was shorter, nursing satisfaction was higher, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).(3)FMA score and FIM scores of the research group and control group after treatment were higher than before treatment, compared with control group, the researoh group increased more significant, there was significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Programmed nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can make its clinical therapeutic effect improved, significantly reduce the incidence of complications, also improve the quality of life, improve the quality of nursing and can be widely used in clinic.
