Abstract

Objective observe the nursing intervention to ICU cerebral hemorrhage patients prevent lung infection effect. Methods Choose not concurrent ICU admission pulmonary infection cerebral hemorrhage patients 120 cases were randomly divided into nursing intervention group and control group, each 60 cases and control according to the conventional care, nursing intervention group according to the nursing intervention scheme of nursing care. Results Ppatients with pulmonary infection rates nursing intervention group was lower than in control group(P0.01),length of hospital stay, and wound infection was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05),other outcome although no significant difference(P0.05),but the actual Numbers are smaller than the control, for digital is too small, leading to increased error on statistical. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can effectively decrease the ICU patients with pulmonary infection rates of,reduce mortality, shorter hospital stay, reduce the incidence of the poor.
