Analysis on the effect of constructing the risk prevention measures of teamwork on pediatric nursing quality

Abstract
Objective
To explore the effect of constructing the risk prevention measures of teamwork on the quality of pediatric nursing.
Methods
A total of 100 pediatric patients admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the control group.From May 2016 to April 2017, 100 pediatric patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the intervention group.Both groups of patients received conventional nursing after admission, and the observation group took the risk prevention measures of team cooperation for nursing on this basis.The nursing quality, adverse events, nursing complaints, nursing disputes and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results
The nursing quality of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Nursing adverse events in the intervention group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Nursing complaints and disputes in the intervention group were significantly less than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The family satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusions
Teamwork risk prevention measures can improve the quality of pediatric care, reduce adverse nursing events, nursing complaints and disputes, and improve the satisfaction of children's families.
