Clinical value of risk management in paediatric nursing management

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical value of risk management in paediatric nursing management.Methods 238 patients in pediatric were selected in hospital from April 2011 to April 2013,who were randomly divided into two groups.119 patients treated routine nursing as control group.119 patients treated nursing management as observation group. Risk, nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Risk rate in observation group was significantly lower than control group. Hospital environment satisfaction, nursing management satisfaction,nurse professional ability satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than control group. Difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion In pediatric nursing management, risk management can significantly reduce risk rate and improve nursing satisfaction.
