The effect of fast recovery nursing on postoperative recovery and complications in patients with urinary surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of fast recovery nursing on postoperative recovery and complications in patients with urinary surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients in the department of urinary were divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given fast recovery nursing,the two groups were compared with postoperative recovery and complications.Results Postoperative infusion volume,eating time,a first exhaust time,defecation time,postoperative ambulation time,duration of hospitalization in thc observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Fast recovery nursing in department of urology can reduce the average postoperative hospital stay and complication rates,promote the recovery of patients.
