Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with peritonitis. Methods 80 cases with peritonitis surgery were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. The reference group received conventional postoperative care, and the experimental group received conventional postoperative care supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine nursing. And the gastrointestinal function recovery time and incidence of complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time, anal evacuation time and diet recovery time after treatment in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group, respectively with statistically significant difference(P0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion For patients with peritonitis, nursing intervention has good effect on promoting the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and reducing the incidence of complications, and the effect will be better if nursing intervention supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine nursing,so it is worthy of promotion.
