Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of whole high-quality care on postoperative recovery and complications in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 60 cases of esophageal cancer patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was used the traditional nursing,the observation group was treated with Whole high-quality care,and postoperative recovery,complications,anxiety,and satisfaction of nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative feeding time,drainage tube intubation time,foley catheter indwelling time,duration of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P0.05).postoperative anxiety score,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the quality of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusions The whole high-quality care is given patients with full,efficient,quality of care,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce complications.
