Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of superior care of 12345 mode on postoperative rehabilitation and complications in surgical patients. Methods A total of 215 surgical patients undergoing routine perioperative nursing intervention at our hospital from January to June, 2017 were selected as a control group, and 218 patients receiving perioperative superior care of 12345 mode at our hospital from July to December, 2017 as an observation group. The surgical conditions, postoperative rehabilitation, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between these two groups. Results The operatiion time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were (103.61 ± 23.17) min and (151.09 ± 41.36) ml respectively, with no statistical differences with those in the control group (P> 0.05). The anal exhaustion time, time of first defecation, and time for food after operation, recovering time of bowel sound, and hospital stay were (2.15 ± 0.96) days, (4.51 ± 1.38) days, (4.42 ± 0.95) days, (16.12 ± 3.52) hours, and (7.72 ± 2.05) days in the observation group, which were shorter in those in the control group, with statistical differences (all P <0.05). The incidence of complications was 16.51% in the observation group, which was lower than that in the control group (49.77%), with a statistical difference (P<0.05). The scores of health education, environment comfort, convenient procedure, psychological nursing, and overall service were (95.62 ± 3.44), (92.38 ± 6.22), (93.27 ± 6.01), (95.22 ± 4.27), and (94.65 ± 4.15) in the observation group, which were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). Conclusion Superior care of 12345 mode for surgical patients can effectively promote postoperative recovery, reduce morbidity, and improve nursing satisfaction, so it is worth being generalized.
