A study on the professional education and training in clinical medicine in Japan

The training for the clinical medical professionals is the most important part of the medical education in various countries.In Japan,the clinical medical education is very systematic and developed.It not only focuses on the basic medical education and clinical practice at the stages of full-time education for degrees,but also pays close attention to the postgraduate medical education,inclusive of the training for resident physicians and specialist physicians.Besides,the CME (continuing medical education) which is called career education in Japan accompanies the whole professional careers of the physicians.
